Sustainability
Moksha was born at VIVES University during the Creative Business Project course. What started with seven students and an idea became real when they created the first pen prototypes made from upcycled coffee grounds, proving that waste can be reborn into something meaningful.
Just months later, Moksha won the UNIZO Step Up 2025 award held at the Flemish Parliament in Brussels for innovation and sustainability, confirming that a student project could grow into something much bigger.
Veronika (CEO) and Kirsten (CMO) decided to continue Moksha as a real startup. They refined the product, built local partnerships, and shared their mission of mindful, responsible design.
Moksha pens quickly reached students, professionals, and eco-conscious users across Belgium.
With the launch of a new logo and brand identity, Moksha entered a new chapter reflecting the circular journey of coffee itself: from plant, to ground, to rebirth.
What began in a classroom is now a purpose-driven startup built on transformation and conscious creation.
